About Dr. Paul M. Beltran
Dr. Beltran was born and raised in the Philippines. He completed his Medical Degree at Southwestern University, and completed his residency at Maimonides Medical Center: Brooklyn, New York, St. John’s Hospital. Dr. Beltran is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American College of Cardiology.
Dr. Beltran truly enjoys getting to know, and being able to help, his patients by being a caring Cardiologist who listens to their needs. His distinguished career has included being Director of Cardiac Cath Lab at St. Mary’s Hospital (2006), Chief of Cardiology at St. Mary’s Hospital (2006-2008), President of the Medical Staff at St. Mary’s Hospital (2008-2010), and former President of the Philippine American Medical Association of Georgia.
In his free time, Dr. Beltran enjoys playing golf and traveling. He is also heavily involved in Smile Train, a charitable organization offering free surgery for repair of cleft lip/palate for children in third world countries. Dr. Beltran goes on medical mission trips to perform pre-op cardiac clearance for the organization’s work in the Philippines.
