Appointment Cancellation Policy
Effective December 17, 2012:
In an effort to have as many appointments available to our patients as possible, it is important to give our staff 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Northeast Cardiology may charge you a no-show fee of $20 if the 24-hour notice is not provided.

What You Should Bring to Your Appointment
Any medical records pertaining to your visit
All current medications, including over-the-counter medicines and herbal supplements. It’s best to bring all medications in their original containers
Northeast Cardiology asks that all new patients arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled appointment to allow time for necessary registration paperwork.
Northeast Cardiology works closely with area insurance providers, as well as Medicare, to ensure access to quality care.
Please contact your insurance provider or Northeast Cardiology with any questions regarding coverage.
Requests for prescription refills should be made during routine office hours, Monday through Wednesday, and will generally be handled within 24 – 48 hours.
Refill requests will not be taken after regular business hours. Please request prescription refills two weeks prior to finishing your medication.
